Ron’s broad IT and IP practice focuses on ecommerce, internet based ventures, outsourcing, procurement, IP commercialisation and technology contracting and licensing. He assists clients to address complex business continuity and transition arrangements in major merger and acquisition transactions and infrastructure projects, particularly as they relate to IT and IP issues. Ron assists public and private sector clients in the preparation and negotiation of IT industry contracts, including large scale IT and business process outsourcing contracts. He has a strong track record handling large and complex systems integration and implementation projects. Ron also has considerable experience in IP licensing, R&D and product distribution agreements and clinical trial agreements. Ron's knowledge of the IT industry was consolidated by a degree in computer science.
