Peter Bullock is a Partner with international law firm Pinsent Masons. He has been based in the firm's Hong Kong office since 1997 and before that worked in the firm's London office. Peter’s background is in risk management and litigation, for clients in the IT and telecommunications sectors. He has acted in numerous disputes for hardware manufacturers, suppliers of software systems, government bodies using IT systems and in relation to outsourcing. He is an accredited mediator with Hong Kong Interntional Arbitration Centre, as well as a domain name arbitrator.
He leads the firm's Technology & Dispute Resolution practice in Asia Pacific. His team also deals with IT mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, licensing, intellectual property enforcement and trade marks. He edits CCH's Internet section of its China Intellectual Property service, and advises on data flows and licensing across Greater China.
Peter's team is spread across the Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai offices.

Peter was educated at Bristol University and Guildford Law School, in the UK. He has a wife and two children.
